John Salmon

John Salmon, founder and director of LifeShapers International located in Daytona Beach, Florida, holds a B.A. in Christian Counseling, an M.A. in Psychology, and is presently pursuing his Doctorate in Psychology. He has more than 39 years of pastoral experience.
In the early 80's John pioneered a feeding and clothing program which reached hundreds of runaway teens and the homeless. Thanks to his planning, there are many such programs in place today in the area.
John has founded and established churches in Jamaica, Mexico, and Russia and the Ukraine.
Stillman H. Rice, IV
...one of the first Personal Trainers in Daytona Beach.
Stillman will be the director over the fitness facilities located at LifeShapers International’s new center.
In 1980 Stillman began exercising at the area's First Nautilus Fitness Center.
In 1982 at the age of 24, Stillman bought this Fitness Center. A burning desire began to grown within Stillman to impact everyone's Health and Fitness. Soon, Stillman realized that Nutrition is more important than exercise.
Throughout his quest for truth concerning Fitness, Health, and Nutrition, Stillman was trained and educated by many fitness and nutrition experts including the following
Arthur Jones Ellington Darden, Ph.D., Michael Fulton, MD, David Katem, MD, Ph.D.
In 1985 Stillman implemented personal training sessions in his Nautilus Fitness Center, which was a leading edge concept to the area, and resulted in outstanding response and results.
At present, Stillman is Volusia County's first Full Time Corporate Fitness Director.
